PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 24 business hours for you order to be processed. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to ship. An email confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the email provided during time of purchase.
Orders ship via USPS or UPS only.
CAN MY ORDER BE CANCELLED OR CHANGED?
In an effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, unfortunately we cannot accept any changes to orders once they are placed.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, CAN THIS BE CHANGED?
Please check your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. For any reason a shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
You can also contact carrier once you order is in transit, and opt to have the package held for pick-up.
WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered on an order. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER, CAN YOU SHIP BACK OUT?
Any order returned to our location due to an insufficient or incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees to re-ship the order. If no contact with us is made the order will be treated as a return for shop credit only.
